Reasons I want to lose weight

I want to list out the reasons I want to lose weight and get healthier. Not why the doctor's say I should, not what my friends think, what I want and reasons I want it.


  1. I don't want my thighs to rub together when I walk
  2. I want to take less medications during a day
  3. I want my knee and shoulder to hurt less
  4. I want to be able to keep up with my husband on walks
  5. I want to be able to hike more 
  6. I want more energy to spend in my garden and back yard
  7. I want to sleep better and without medicinal assistance
  8. I want to WANT to have my picture taken
  9. I want to be able to keep up with my Nephews (3 years and 6 weeks)
  10. I want to be able to hold a baby for a long period of time
  11. I want to be able to walk up the stairs in my house without becoming out of breath
  12. I want to be able to shop in Walmart in the ladies section instead of just the misses
  13. I want to be able to buy cute in style clothes instead of just what fits
  14. I want to be able to crochet myself clothes without having to enlarge every pattern
  15. I want to be able to walk on my deck without feeling like I am creating an earthquake
  16. I want to be able to wear a bikini and feel confident in it
  17. I want my outsides to match how I feel inside
  18. I want my breasts to shrink
  19. I want to have only 1 chin
  20. I want to be able to go Horseback riding again without having to use a mounting block.


These are just a few of the reasons I want to do this and I will succeed this time.
